Why do we list artists the way that we do?

Most art lovers are used to finding art by medium- Painting, Sculpture, Jewelry.

 

We list our artists by function to make it easier to find what you are looking for. Something for the wall? 2D.  

Sculptural or functional? 3D.

jewelry and fiber clothing? Wearable.
